Hired on in January of 2007 to head up the design and development for all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations on the project, InnVision quickly set the framework in place by renaming the operation, Division Gastronomia, sending a quick and simple message to all that the dining and beverage experiences on site will forever be linked to searching out the what is the best and most unique in gastronomic experiences.
During the past two years, planning and development became reality with the final stages of construction occurring at this time.
Mundo Imperial will feature six destination restaurants, with themes such as North African Fine Dining, Global Fusion Seafood, Carnivore Steak house and Interactive Kitchen, that will impress and amaze. four feature bars and lounges including a Euro-Italian Sports bar and Bedouin Chic African Chill Lounge. Sol Spa will feature dynamic organic Spa Cuisine. The 35,000m2 Convention Center will provide catering facilities for thousands. The Forum, a 4000 seat state of the art theatre will operate with 8 bars, a VIP lounge and 6 Private Suites.
