Glenn A. Monk

Managing Director, Envisioning and Development

Glenn Monk is the creative force behind InnVision Hospitality Resource Group. A master of start-up, Monk's eye for culinary innovation and restaurant design is unique in the industry. He works with clients commencing at the blueprint stage through build-out to conceptualization to develop all aspects of the food and beverage operation.

Glenn Monk - Managing Director, Envisioning and DevelopmentMonk's role on a project is one of envisioning the end product and then focusing the team to make it a reality. Laying in the over-arching strategy and creative direction, Monk and the InnVision team work with their clients to design the physical plant, conceive the thematic food direction, establish systems and procedures, and hire and train key staff.

Years of international experience operating multi-million dollar culinary operations for leading hotel chains such as Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels has imbued Monk with a unique and much sought after skill-set.

A career spanning 30 years, Monk has worn the mantel of Food and Beverage Director, Chef, teacher and mentor, but it is his visionary talent as an "opener" of food and beverage operations that best reflects his distinctive stamp on such notable undertakings as:
