Acapulco welcomes innovative culinary and restaurant design expert
Acapulco, Guerrero - May, 2007 — Seyed Rezvani, Managing Director of Mundo Imperial, announced the appointment of Glenn Monk as the Food & Beverage and creative mind behind the design of the Culinary Experiences at Mundo Imperial.

Monk defined his skills, knowledge and understanding of the 5 Star international hotel industry with 12 years with Pan Pacific Hotels in the following locations: Dhaka, Bangladesh; Palau; Johor Bahru, Malaysia and the World Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Monk was also the Executive Chef at the Chateau Whistler with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts before creating his InnVision Hospitality Resource company which he has brought to: Zihuatanejo, Mexico; and various locations in British Columbia, Canada.
"I have told my friends and colleagues that this project is of the same scope and magnitude as a major property in Vegas...It is a very exciting challenge to be asked to be a part of the development. I am honored by the opportunity, and feel great about the creation and design of the restaurants, bars and catering operations," said Monk.
